ASSOS TACTICA Thermo Pants T5 are versatile shell pants that provide protection over shorts, tights, and liners for cool or cold conditions, engineered with full-length breakaway zippers for very convenient on-off without removing your shoes. Super easy on-off. This is an ASSOS unisex fit item.

The TACTICA Thermo Pants T5 effectively replace the previous TACTICA Winter Cargo Pants T3. They have a slightly lighter construction with slightly less insulation, making them more versatile for use in the shoulder seasons – warm-ups, cool-downs, and podium appearances – while still providing enough thermoregulation for layering and cross-training in cold, challenging conditions. Their winter credentials are proven by RX EVO, an insulating Roubaix-style textile that sheds external water as well as it evacuates internal moisture. In moderate conditions, RX EVO provides just enough insulation when layered over a summer-weight liner or bib shorts; for cold, frigid, and stormy conditions, RX EVO upgrades insulated liners or the Spring Fall Bib Shorts T5 with warmers to winter-grade protection. Full-length breakaway zippers on the outseams and an integrated, zip-secured pocket adds safe storage for ride essentials. ASSOS mobility-fit for a less restrictive comfort fit both on and off bike.

FEATURED FABRICS
RX EVO is a breathable, thermoregulating textile with an ECO water-repellent treatment and a soft, brushed inner face. The fabric elastic elements are true black, so they don’t turn white while stretching.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT
The TACTICA T5 mobility-enhancing fit is less aggressive than racingFit, balancing streamlined, low-volume aerodynamics with multi-hour comfort and less restriction off the bike. This is an ASSOS unisex fit item.
